CyberLouis is published by GROUPE ALRIC. Our data processing agreement defines the roles of your organisation and GROUPE ALRIC, customer instructions and the commitments that apply to the service.
Google Ads and Google Tag Manager for advertising, OpenReplay for session replay, Vercel and CyberLouis for usage measurement: each optional purpose has its own choice. You can refuse or change your decision in cookie preferences.
The main Supabase database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, verified on October 29, 2026. Other providers may process data outside the European Union. This location therefore does not describe the entire service.
Training, scores and simulations help employees learn. The customer organisation must inform the people concerned, including before account activation, control access to results and assess the need for an impact assessment. Automated HR decisions are outside this purpose.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability: you can email us even without an account. Account settings also offer an export of your account and training data. Full requests are reviewed according to their scope, with your organisation where needed.
