Terms governing professional use of CyberLouis.
Last updated: Version 1.1 — September 9, 2026
These terms govern access to CyberLouis, provided by GROUPE ALRIC, a French simplified single-shareholder company (SASU) with share capital of EUR 311,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 751 736 166, whose registered office is at 17 place Richard Baret, 75017 Paris, France.
The service is reserved for professionals acting for the purposes of their business. Using the service or accepting an invitation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The service provides security-awareness training, progress monitoring, management tools and phishing simulations. It is not an audit, legal or technical advice, or a security guarantee.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorised access. Customer administrators manage access for their organisation and ensure that their staff are authorised.
Simulations are limited to customer-authorised awareness campaigns. Customers must not collect passwords, secrets, banking details or sensitive data, and must meet their information obligations.
The service must not be used to harm third parties, distribute unlawful content, bypass security measures, extract data or impersonate another person.
The service may be unavailable for maintenance, incidents or events outside GROUPE ALRIC’s reasonable control. We use reasonable security and continuity measures but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Intellectual-property rights remain with GROUPE ALRIC or its licensors; the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the subscription term.
Each party is liable for direct losses caused by its proven breach. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses are excluded and GROUPE ALRIC’s total liability is capped at the amounts paid for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months. This cap does not apply to services provided free of charge. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or where mandatory law prohibits a limitation.
These terms apply for the period of use. GROUPE ALRIC may suspend access for security reasons or a material breach. French law applies, and the parties will first seek an amicable resolution before bringing the dispute before the competent courts.
The business terms of sale, privacy policy, cookie policy and data-processing agreement form part of these terms.
