Commercial terms for CyberLouis subscriptions concluded between professionals.
Last updated: Version 1.2 — October 19, 2026
These business terms apply to CyberLouis subscriptions concluded between GROUPE ALRIC and professional customers. They prevail over any conflicting customer document unless GROUPE ALRIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
An order is formed when the customer completes the subscription flow or accepts a quotation and GROUPE ALRIC confirms the subscription.
The service characteristics, licence count, price, taxes and billing frequency are those shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation. Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.
For organisations on the freemium_v1 billing model, the subscription is monthly with no annual commitment. The first two real active members are included, with the owner counting as one of them. Each real member added beyond those two is billed at the price excluding VAT shown and accepted when the paid place is activated. Demo members are not billed. Each added employee occupies a place as soon as their invitation is sent, even before acceptance. Invitations queued pending a payment method do not yet create a member and are not billed. Link expiry does not release the place: the employee must be removed or their invitation revoked.
The owner gives billing authorisation during the Stripe flow before a paid place can be activated. Billing is collected in advance on the 1st of each month. Members added during the month are included on the next 1st invoice; additions and removals create no proration or charge on the invitation date. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method and schedule shown at checkout; invoices are made available in the Stripe portal where that function is available.
Organisations on the legacy billing model retain their subscribed pricing, place count, billing model and contractual terms; the freemium_v1 rules do not apply to them.
For freemium_v1, the owner may manage or cancel the subscription from the Stripe billing portal accessed through CyberLouis billing. Cancellation takes effect in accordance with the terms displayed in that portal. Legacy organisations remain subject to their subscribed terms. Questions about billing or termination may be sent to contact@groupealric.com.
Any amount unpaid on its due date automatically bears late-payment interest, without prior reminder, at the rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus ten percentage points; that rate may not be lower than three times the French statutory interest rate. A fixed EUR 40 recovery fee is also due. Where recovery costs actually incurred exceed that amount, additional compensation may be claimed on supporting evidence. No discount is granted for early payment.
For freemium_v1, the owner may manage or cancel the subscription from the Stripe billing portal accessed through CyberLouis billing. Cancellation takes effect in accordance with the terms displayed in that portal. Legacy organisations remain subject to their subscribed terms.
In the event of non-payment or a material breach that is not remedied after notice, GROUPE ALRIC may suspend the service or terminate the subscription.
Questions about sales or billing may be sent to contact@groupealric.com.
